Since forming in 1996 we have worked to a documented quality procedure and this has adapted over the years to ensure we provide the product to the customer in the best way.
Although we have had audits from companies and passed their requirements, we have always recognised the market sometimes requests a licensed standard.
With this as our goal we have achieved the international ISO 9001:2000.
This was carried out following our established procedures so our existing customers will see no change in our methods.
However new customers requiring that extra confidence can recognise we have gone that extra mile to set us ahead in the market.
A big thank you to all of our customers who have helped us in pursuing and achieving this standard.

Do you have maintenance cover on your instruments? We can service all the major manufacturers equipment including Shimadzu, Agilent, Dionex, Perkin Elmer and Waters. If your maintenance contract is up for renewal contact us now and we will endeavour to beat it. If the cover is provided by a manufacturer you could save up to 50%! We sell a range of consumables including

We can offer advice and support on chromatography applications and instrumentation. Telephone support is provided completely free regardless of whether you have a service contract with Baseline.
